Mr. Selahattin (Selo)
Deli Turk was established in 2001 by Turkish entrepreneur Mr. Selahattin “Selo”, the founding mind behind the brand. Seeing the growing interest in international cuisine in Singapore, he took the initiative to introduce the honest flavors of Turkish food to a wider audience. More than just opening a restaurant, he shaped the core values of Deli Turk – warmth, authenticity and quality; giving diners just like back home. The first branch opened in Suntec City Tower 3 and the same dedication classic recipes and a commitment to quality that still defines Deli Turk today.

Today, Deli Turk is proudly led by Executive Chef Ahmet Akpinar, who continues the original spirit with passion and care.
Under his guidance, the restaurant has grown, but its heart remains the same.
